«…vi si respira il Tempo, in tutto il suo movimento drammatico tra Vita e Morte. Nel bianco–vita / nero–morte passa dentro tutto il problema dell’Immagine, il suo essere incantamento misterioso di una presenza-assente: dice Roland Barthes che la fotografia offre “un’immagine nuda”, un certificato folle di una nuda evidenza di qualcosa o qualcuno che “è stato”, che non c’è più. Tutto questo per dire che Leonardo Onetti Muda si rivela, in questa sua sapiente opera di fotografo vero, in questo libro che raccoglie volti di amici artisti della sua regione –volti colti nella loro maggiore potenza espressiva– filosofie e drammi, o semplicemente ammiccamenti pensosi, inviti al sorriso al dialogo… –nel loro ambiente. It goes without saying that Leonardo Onetti Muda reveals this in his knowledgable work as a true photographer, in the faces of artist friends from his region which are gathered together in this book –faces captured in their utmost expressive potentiality– philosophies and drammas, or simply thoughtful glances, invitations to smiles and dialogue… –in their own environment.
